Ask for a database download into excel spread sheet of this document posted at website collecting information. Each County may vary, Request: First Name of Requester, Last Name of Request, Email address, Phone Number, Property Type (Commercial or Residential) and Location (City) and if available, the specific SITUS Address for Consultation. The REASON for needing assistance from the County. This document will help to identify Code Violations which must be corrected or New Permits etc. that could be related to damaged DISTRESSED property like Fire or Water Damage. You also can request a Report of Fires in the County with the same details. For Fires, ask Department for their incident report. They will automatically redact it for medical related information.
