Let's take Whole Foods for an example: Their salad bar looks absolutely great, right? But you won't find one organic ingredient on that entire salad bar. Surprised? It's all about price. And it's all about caring enough to make sure that the best ingredients go out, not the cheapest. You have to care about your own health more than everybody else. Especially with everything that you put in your body.
