Favorite Varietals
What are everyone's favorite varietals? Red for me is Pinot Noir. White is Pinot Gris.

For me white is Chardonnay. I'm a big Champagne (blanc de blanc) and Chablis fan but I find it odd that I don't enjoy oaked Chardonnay. For red, it would be Sangiovese.
