Read this whether you're a content creator or not ๐
Recently, we met up with a fellow creator friend who's been following HOL for a while. He told us one thing that I think is so powerful, I wish every content creator would hear it: There are 2 types of content: - Content thatโs relatable to a lot of people, so it gets tons of likes, shares, and comments. - Content that doesnโt relate to everyone, but to the right people, it hits so deeply that they never forget it. - Neither is better or worseโwe actually need both. One helps you grow wide. The other helps you grow deep. But hereโs the truth:At House of Leaders, weโve leaned too much into the first kind. Thatโs why our engagement is strong. Thatโs why over a million people follow us around the world. But at the same timeโฆ weโve realized something important: Most people remember us for motivational quotes. Not for our deeper message. Not for our work in helping creators and leaders build a personal brand that reflects who they really are. And thatโs on us. So hereโs a gentle reminderโfor ourselves, and maybe for you too: Donโt just aim to be seen. Aim to be remembered. Donโt just create whatโs shareable. Create whatโs unshakable. Something that lingers. That changes how someone sees themselves. That speaks to the right people, even if it's not for everyone. Because at the end of the day, itโs not about chasing virality. It's about building something that matters. Weโre reminding ourselves of that. And maybeโฆ you needed the reminder too.
