When I do exactly as you tell me this is what I see on my screen. It won't let me open it. Can you see my screen shot? There is a lock icon on it.

Could someone please help me? I can not access the journal. There is a message saying this is a private group with a lock on it. I can't be the first one to have this problem. Can you at least tell me you are working on it?
