Finally under 200 pounds!
I’m 70yo. Losing weight the past 25 years has been so hard for me. I’ve lost 70pounds so far on Sema and Terz in 20 months but stuck the past 3 months. I still have these big hips so back on keto with Terz and now Reta. I lost great on keto for 11 months but gained all back in 6 months. THIS TIME I know better! Will keep yall posted.

I’m still on Terz and lowest dose Reta and ready to take my 3rd dose. For 3 days I’m not hardly hungry at all. Loving it!

Switching glp2-glp3 advice
My cousin and I were looking into R-GLP3. We're currently involved with T-GLP2. Anyone who's been here, can you please give as much detail as possible? Because when you switch do you start back at the bottom? Up by 2.5 and such? I heard it helps tremendously with inflammation. Experiences with research you've done on it?

Is RETA and SS-31 going away?
Before I joined here, 2 of my pep suppliers stopped selling Reta and SS31. I also saw somewhere that companies are getting notices to stop selling these two peptides. If true, this is horrible news. Triz can replace Reta, but what can replace SS31?
