Hi. I live in the UK. I build with AI all the way to production. My main project is an eCommerce Builder. It is a self-hosted Django eCommerce platform I built with Claude as my development partner. It has a full shop, blog, Stripe payments with encrypted credentials, secure file downloads, a content management system, and a complete admin system. It runs on my own VPS in Docker. I make the architecture decisions. I write the specs. I direct the build. Claude executes. That's the division of labour I've landed on and it maps almost exactly to what Dominik is describing with agentic orchestration. I've been living this workflow, I just didn't have the language for it until I found this community. That's why the roadmap here resonates with me. Stage 3 - leading sessions, becoming the architect others follow - is the direction I'm already moving in. I'm here to go deeper on agentic workflows, sharpen my architecture thinking, and be in a room where people are actually shipping rather than just talking about it.
