#15-Minute Core Strength for Inversions Really felt the strength building in the shoulders. Also needed the strength of mind to stay in when the tough happens. And the acceptance of resting and breaking when needed. 🙏🏻 thank you dear Jenni. You rock life with your strength.
HI everyone, Here's your friendly check-in to see how the challenge is going. It's not too late to jump back on the ride - simply go through a few of the videos you missed and get back to your practice! Let me know if I can help in any way. If you don't have access to the course and would like it, let me know. The course will only be up until Friday, March 10 so get in while it lasts! Much love, Jenni Sol
#Week #1 Check-In Hi Jenni, Oh to the practice. I’m feeling crankiness in my (dominant) right hand / wrist. It’s not terrible. I’ll continue with the wrist stretches. Lifting L- seat is hard one for me. I’m working with the blocks. It seems I’ll never get there! Also, I get to much into my neck when working low Navasana. I’m working with feet on ground because I don’t like the strain on the neck. So there you have it…week on. XO PS. I like having the modules. There are a lot of emails though, this gets a little confusing and annoying.🕊 See you later this week.
HI everyone, Welcome to Skool! This is a very new platform for me (I think it's new in general), so thank you for your patience as I get to know it. I'll be posting extra classes, content, and FUN YOGA INFORMATION here for you to read (or not). I'll also be posting courses you can register for, if you feel that would be fun for you. I'm taking a poll: what are your goals in your practice in 2023?
