This space was created for moms-to-be and new moms who are going through one of the biggest transitions of their life. Because the truth is…Postpartum (and even pregnancy) is not just “beautiful” and “natural” all the time. It can feel overwhelming. Lonely. Confusing. And sometimes like you’ve completely lost yourself. Many of us don’t have the support we actually need.Or we feel like we “should be able to handle it”… but inside, it feels heavy. ✨ This community is here to change that. Here, we focus on: – reconnecting with your body – calming your nervous system – sharing honestly (without judgment) – supporting each other through the ups and downs Through yoga, breathwork, and real conversations. You don’t have to go through this alone 🤍 👇 Tell me in the comments: Who are you, where are you from? Are you currently pregnant or already postpartum? And what has been the hardest part for you so far?

Hi @Monica Freeman , first of all congratulations to your newborn and your new Supermoms journey! I totally feel you, sleep deprivation and the energy shift at this stage is so real! And you're not alone on this as all of us, new moms experience this. It can feel like your brain is literally melting away, isn't it? 🫠 Have you already had a look at the Postpartum Toolkit in the classroom? There’s a short 4-4-8 breathing practice. I explain it for baby co-regulation, but it’s just as powerful for you. The longer exhale helps calm your system and can support recovery even when sleep is broken. If you have 2–3 minutes today, try it and let me know how it feels. 🤍 I’m curious: When during the day do you feel your energy drop the most? And for other moms here. Does this resonate for you too?
