Good morning. We also use RBC visa spend clarity and have not been able to establish a connection either. Our process is manual but works. Users email a receipt to the AP with coding in the subject line. AP enters all info and receipts into NS. We have a credit card account for each user. The AP clerk downloads transactions twice monthly from RBC and batch uploads and then matches the transactions. Created a saved search for monthly transactions for the statement which is the uploaded to our third party approver for the user and supervisor to approve all of the transactions at once, outside of NS. Once approved the CC is reconciled in NS.

Morning Lisa. We have two feeds. RBC and TD. Our TD is fairly stable and only has to be refreshed every 6 weeks or so. Our RBC unfortunately is almost daily, although have noticed it being a bit more stable so 1/5 days it doesn't need a refresh. I have incorporated the daily refresh into my morning routine first thing.
