Had a clarity call with @Ian Kirk today. We covered a lot. Lead gen, scaling, what I'm doing now, what I should change. The conclusion we landed on was simple. Next 2 months, all in. Build cash flow. Use that to get access to better mentorship and the people actually building in this space. Time to get to work.
