🥼 Momentum Experiment 🧪
Fun experiment ✨ Let’s play with momentum… without overwhelm. Today’s practice: Set a 10-minute timer. Work on something you’ve been meaning to move forward. When the timer ends… stop. Even if you could keep going. Especially if you could keep going. This builds trust with your nervous system: “I can start without overextending.” Small starts create real momentum. 👉 Papa comment and let us know how it went when you try this!

@Ronda Del Boccio It feels like my block to clean my room is not so big anymore.

This is a true co-working session, so come with the right tabs open, ready to finish! Check the calendar for the correct time.

@Marie Mulcahy @Eva Blomert @Kelli Howard Welcome!
Let's learn about ourselves from the ancient Vedas:
When the mind becomes completely pure and focused, a person experiences deep peace, understands their true self, and feels a real connection with the Divine. One who comes into contact with Vāsudeva on the turīya (Samadhi) platform also experiences similar transcendental feelings. Such qualities are inconceivable and inexpressible. One is flooded with a continual feeling of tranquillity and bliss. For such a person, the cycle of birth, death, old age and disease ceases and they realise their eternal constitutional position as a servant of the Lord. One of the meanings of the word ‘Vāsudeva’ is ‘He who manifests in the state of Vasudeva’ (The state of pure goodness). The plane of pure transcendental goodness (viśuddha–sattva) is known as Vasudeva because through this, the Supreme is revealed without any covering. (Śrīmad Bhāgavatam 4.3.23) This verse is describing a very deep spiritual experience. It says that when a person connects with Vasudeva (the Supreme Being) at the highest level of consciousness—called samadhi (deep spiritual absorption)—they begin to feel something completely beyond ordinary life. They experience: - deep peace - constant happiness - a sense of clarity and stillness This kind of happiness is not like normal pleasure, which comes and goes. It is steady and comes from within. At this stage, a person also understands something very important:they are not just the body or the mind—they are a soul. And their natural role is to be connected to and serve the Supreme. Because of this realization, they are no longer trapped in the usual cycle of life—birth, aging, sickness, and death—at least internally. They rise above it in awareness. The verse also explains the word “Vasudeva.”It can mean a state of pure clarity and goodness, where nothing blocks your perception. In that state, the presence of the Supreme becomes clear—like seeing the sun when the sky has no clouds. My painting in my website:

@Deremiah Cpe Just found this. Thank you. Being located in India means I might see a reply the next day and everything I might post will take a day or two to be noticed.
