12 STEPS TO SUCCESS
Welcome This my 12+1 steps to setting up a Rent to Rent Business; Also Deal selling! Having a Plan or Road map should keep you focused on the road ahead PART ONE(1-6) 1)CREATE YOUR LIMITED COMPANY First thing’s first you’ll need to set up a limited company to trade under With HMRC: Use companies made simple.com Once you have your confirmation from companies house you’ll, Check that there is a similar web address available 1st as a tip. Then it’s time to set up your business account. 2)SET UP YOUR BUSINESS BANKING There are so many different banks you can be with, I’d suggest You look at a few before you decide which one is best for you. As a tip NatWest at the moment have a 2 year free banking Deal and are advertising to businesses (Could be the one) There is also a comparison part to check other banks. 3)BRAND CREATION AND LOGO DESIGN Again there are soo many different softwares you could purchase, there are Free design sites like canva.com Or here is a cheap and great site I use legiit.com Which is a freelance site with professional copy writers, logo creators web designers, And anything business like you can think of, worth a check out! Cost $5-$30 for logos Or rewrite (copy writer I’m using)your contracts from PDF to WORD **LEGIIT IS A FREE SITE TO SIGN UPTO** 4)WEBSITE DESIGN AND LAUNCH Again so many online, or in your local area if you know or search on the web. If you are tech savvy it will cost less than £100 or you could pay upto £500 From a self employed web designer or more. You can use @liam-j-ryan tip using this AI web builder https://durable.co/

Hi @Dave Gardner , thanks for sharing your journey with us. It would be beneficial if you could also share with us what strategy you're considering and what company structure you chose (SIC codes, ownership, shares types/split, associated companies, SPVs, VAT, etc) and why. I know it's very particular but would be in common interest to highlight the realy important bits as there is no word for these even on the paid event. Of course everyone should receive professional advice before making a decision. Thanks again, great job!
