Stop Trying to Rebuild What Was Meant to End
The Doctorโ€™s Prescription โ€œClosure is not always an explanation. Sometimes closure is your decision to stop reopening the door.โ€ The Diagnosis There is a strange temptation that appears whenever something ends. We immediately start asking how we can put it back together. How can I fix this relationship? How can I get back to where I was? How can I recreate that opportunity? How can I recover the version of my life that once felt comfortable? We assume that because something ended, something must have gone wrong. But what if the ending was the answer? Everything that ends is not a failure. Some things end because they have fulfilled their purpose. Some environments become too small. Some relationships complete their assignment. Some opportunities teach you what they were designed to teach you and then disappear. Even certain versions of yourself must eventually come to an end. The problem begins when we keep performing CPR on something whose season has already expired. We pray over it. Analyze it. Revisit it. Reconstruct it. And sometimes we call our inability to release it โ€œfaith.โ€ But faith is not always believing that the old thing will come back. Sometimes faith is believing that something can end and your life can still be extraordinary. The Prescription This week, stop automatically interpreting endings as losses. Some endings are openings in disguise. When something leaves your life, your first instinct may be to fill the empty space as quickly as possible. Resist that urge. Sit with the space long enough to discover what it is trying to teach you. Ask yourself: โ€œAm I grieving what I actually needโ€”or am I grieving what became familiar?โ€ Those are two very different things. Familiarity has tremendous emotional power. We can miss something simply because we knew how to function within it. Even dysfunction can feel safe when it is predictable. That is why growth sometimes feels like grief. You're not always grieving something bad. Sometimes you're grieving a version of life that you simply cannot return to.

Stop Rehearsing What Youโ€™re Trying to Release
โ€œYou cannot continuously rehearse the pain and simultaneously expect to be free from its power.โ€ The Diagnosis Last week, we talked about releasing what your next level cannot carry. But there is another side of release that we don't talk about enough: putting something down physically does not always mean we have released it mentally. You can leave the relationship and still have the argument every morning in your head. You can forgive the person and still repeatedly imagine what you wish you had said. You can survive the disappointment and continue telling the story as though it happened yesterday. You can walk away from an old season while allowing that season to maintain permanent residence in your thoughts. This is what I call rehearsal. Rehearsal is the repeated mental and emotional recreation of an experience. Every time you replay the offense, revisit the rejection, rehearse the embarrassment, or imagine a different ending, you give yesterday another opportunity to influence today. There is nothing wrong with remembering. Memory can teach us. Reflection can mature us. Wisdom requires us to learn from our experiences. But there is a difference between remembering something to learn from it and rehearsing something to live in it. At some point, you have to decide that what happened to you will no longer be allowed to keep happening inside of you. The Prescription This week's prescription is simple: Stop giving yesterday unlimited access to today. You cannot change what happened. You cannot rewrite every conversation. You cannot force someone to apologize, make someone understand your perspective, or travel backward in time and choose differently. But you can decide how much authority yesterday will have over the person you are today. This doesn't mean suppressing pain or pretending difficult experiences didn't matter. Healing isn't denial. It is the ability to acknowledge what happened without requiring yourself to continually experience it. There comes a moment when you have extracted the lesson and must release the classroom.

Daniel 7 - The Blueprint of Inner Kingdoms
Daniel 7: The Four Beasts Within โ€” A Journey from Consciousness to Kingdom This transformational teaching moves beyond traditional prophetic interpretation to explore Daniel 7 as a profound revelation of human consciousness, spiritual identity, and inner transformation. Through the lenses of Aramaic etymology, psychology, philosophy, and Scripture, Dr. Joshua D. Mills uncovers the deeper meaning behind the four beasts, the Ancient of Days, and the Son of Manโ€”not merely as symbols of historical empires, but as archetypes of the human experience. Discover how the beasts represent the progression of the conditioned mind, the impact of trauma, fear, ego, and fragmentation, while the Ancient of Days reveals the awakening of higher awareness that restores clarity, wisdom, and divine identity. Finally, the Son of Man emerges as the fully integrated human being, living in harmony with the mind of God and exercising true dominion. Rather than focusing solely on future events, this teaching invites participants to recognize the prophetic patterns operating within themselves. It equips them to identify limiting beliefs, overcome internal kingdoms that compete for authority, and awaken to the Kingdom of God as an inner reality expressed through transformed thinking and purposeful living. Whether you are a student of Scripture, a spiritual leader, or someone pursuing personal growth, this study offers a fresh and intellectually engaging approach to one of the Bible's most mysterious prophetic visions. You will leave with practical insight, deeper biblical understanding, and a renewed perspective on what it means to live as the "Son of Man"โ€”fully awakened, fully aligned, and fully empowered. Key Themes: - Daniel 7 through Aramaic thought and Semitic worldview - The psychology of the four beasts as states of consciousness - Trauma, ego, and the formation of identity - The Ancient of Days as timeless awareness - The Son of Man as the awakened human - The Kingdom of God as an internal reality before an external expression - Practical application for spiritual growth, leadership, and everyday life

Hello everyone! My name is Deven and Iโ€™m currently working as a Fraud Investigator. Iโ€™m working on producing more Faith based coloring books and devotionals. But mostly, my main concern in life right now is knowing God more and becoming who He says I am. Iโ€™m excited to learn more and start really walking in my calling.
