I have a Business question I'm in Virginia Hampton roads area, and I'm trying to obtain my business license but having a hard time with zoning approval being mobile and they want brick and mortar. Do anyone know of a way to obtain said business license if you was able to obtain yours and if so how? I'm based in Norfolk Va.
