Who else has had to put their very first dancers' group on hold? I recently had to pause my practices because the parents lacked in participation. I've tried everything from incentives to volunteer roles.

I’ll go first! I’m Coach Wade 👋 I coach a majorette team, the Royal Ruby Divas We're in our first year. One of my biggest challenges right now is keeping parents consistent with communication and attendance. How do y’all handle that with your teams?
