A PLACE FOR EVERYTHING, EVERYTHING IN ITS PLACE
πŸ“Œ The Secret to a Closet (and a Mind) Free of Stress. Open your closet and see chaos? Spend minutes looking for that sweater or pair of earrings? πŸ˜₯ The solution lies in a timeless yet powerful mantra: πŸ”₯ β€œA place for everything, everything in its place.” πŸ”₯ This isn’t just organizing advice β€” it’s a life philosophy. When you assign a β€œhome” to every item: βœ… You stop wasting time searching for things βœ… Your mind feels clearer and less cluttered βœ… You start your day with calm and control External clutter fuels internal clutter. External order creates inner peace. 🧠 START HERE: Pick just ONE small area of your home (the sock drawer, your handbag, the bathroom counter) and give it a clear β€œhome.” Feel that sense of freedom? πŸ‘‰ NOW I ASK YOU:What’s the one item you’re ALWAYS losing? (Keys? Phone? Your favorite lipstick?) Tell me in the comments! πŸ—£οΈ

For "I Broke Up with my Guilt Clutter"
This isn't just stuff. It's guilt. πŸ˜” Gifts we don't like, inherited items we don't use, relics from a past life... This "guilt clutter" is the heaviest to carry. I'm giving you (and myself!) permission to let it go. I walk through the emotional process of thanking these items for their service and releasing them to make space for the life you have NOW. This one is for anyone who needs to hear it. πŸ’–

NEVER WITHOUT A SHOPPING LIST...
How many times have you come back from shopping with something that wasn't on the list? πŸ™‹β€β™€οΈπŸ™‹β€β™‚οΈ That product on sale, that "it might come in handy someday," that little last-minute treat... which all too often ends up forgotten at the back of a cupboard, becoming part of the clutter we later want to eliminate. A shopping list isn't just a boring reminder. It's an act of mindfulness and a powerful protective tool. It anchors you to the essentials: It turns a trip to the supermarket from an emotional treasure hunt into a clear mission. It protects your wallet (and your space): Every euro not spent on something superfluous is a euro earned, and every object not purchased is a little bit of space freed up in your home and your mind. It reduces decision fatigue: You decide just once, calmly, what you truly need, instead of being at the mercy of marketing and your mood in the moment. It's not a rigid rule, but a gentle reminder to your future self. It's the practical action that supports your desire for a life with less clutter, both physical and mental. The next time you go grocery shopping, will you bring a list with you? Tell us in the comments if you have a trick for resisting the temptation of unplanned purchases! Your experience can inspire others. πŸ’š

I take a shopping list and I stick to it much more rigidly than I used to. It does get very frustrating when I find I'm halfway round the shop, thinking, "Was I meant to get?" And then I realise I left the shopping list in the car.
WEEKLY MEAL PLAN: YOUR SECRET WEAPON
Against the "What's for dinner?!" panic and last-minute supermarket runs! Has this ever happened to you? β€’ Spent 20 minutes staring into the fridge (while hunger grows and patience dwindles)? β€’ Gone to the supermarket without a list and came back with everything except what you actually needed? β€’ Felt overwhelmed by the daily stress of having to decide what to cook? If you answered "YES" to even one of these questions, then it's time to change things! Here is the simple solution that will transform your routine: 1. Prepare a weekly meal plan β†’ No more "I don't know what to cook"! You'll always know what's for dinner. 2. Create a targeted shopping list β†’ No more waste, no more forgetting things. 3. Save time and mental energy β†’ More organization, less stress. The benefits are real: βœ… No more decision fatigue – The choice is already made! βœ… Time saved – Say goodbye to long deliberations in front of the stove. βœ… Smarter grocery shopping – You only buy what you need, without waste. βœ… More variety in your meals – You can plan balanced and new dishes without rushing. Give it a try!Take 10 minutes, plan your menu for next week, and make your shopping list. You'll discover that cooking can be a pleasure again, not a chore! And you, have you already tried using a weekly meal plan? Share your experience in the comments! πŸ‘‡

I actually batch cook, and I know, apart from the odd day where I might do something slightly different, I pretty much know what I'm going to eat every day for weeks on end. It makes a huge difference to the amount of time you spend on these things and your sanity. Reduce all the friction of having to think when you've already got so many other things in your mind.

Hi all, my name's Des. I think you can see from the image that I keep things clean where I'm actually working. But behind the monitors there's a whole load of mess!
