3 contributions to Know Your Health
"Our Rules"
1. All members are important and deserve respect. Please don’t disparage anyone’s ideas or opinions. Negativity is not welcome. 2. Please introduce yourself to the group. We want to get to know each other; the more we know, the more we care, and the more we care, the more we can help. 3. Many of us have physical and/or mental issues that are sensitive. Asking probing questions about other members’ conditions is not a welcome practice. 4. Please don’t use the information you gain from the MedeXplainr apps to give advice to others. The apps only define and explain, and their detail makes them sound authoritative. They are not a medical authority and their factual information comes from an AI. Although it is reliable, it is not from a licensed medical authority and shouldn’t be construed as medical advice. 5. This is a place for support and kindness. Please keep that uppermost in your mind when you post. Many thanks to all who have joined us, and those to come!

Thanks for the update and posting this.
The Community Provides Helpful Apps
This community, as I said before, is a "restart" from "AI Health Plus." I felt the name was wrong and Skool rules made it necessary to start a new group to change the name. So, what is Know Your Health all about? This is a group where people can, if they wish, share their health picture, good or not so good. Feel free to ask for advice, etc., but realize the person giving advice may, or may not, be a medical professional, so you must be wise about it. I'm hoping we can all be appropriately open and thereby be able to gain wisdom and accumulated knowledge from each other here. (I haven't posted the "Rules" yet, but one of them will be: Be careful about advising others on health issues. This group or its owner does not have any medical professional credentials, and so cannot give advice on symptoms, diagnosis, or prognosis. You exclusively own the rights to your personal health information and can share it freely, but please don't ask others to share their health information. It can be harmful and is illegal to share anyone else's medical condition or information.) And, in addition to that, there is a group of apps that use AI (Claude 4.6 Sonnet, by Anthropic) to research and explain medical and health issues. The main app is named "MedeXplainr," and it is designed to accept (by typing, copy/paste, or dragging) a medical document with scientific and technical terms, research the entire document, and return to you a plain-language version. I created the app to understand my own medical documents so I could communicate intelligently with my doctor. With the result of the app's resulting output, I can ask pointed questions and get answers that will fit into the doctor's limited time with me. I can also take the explanatory document to a medical advisor or professional and talk about it at a level i can understand. (The app will provide an explanation in three levels: Patient, Caregiver, or Medical Professional.) The results can be shared, downloaded, printed, etc. Then you can have them for your next appointment. And, if you wish, with another included app, you can translate the result document into Spanish, French or German. All included in the Paid level.

@Bill Cory That's great!
This is Me!
This group was originally "AI Health Plus," but because of Skool rules, I had to start a new group if I wanted a new name. So, if you came over here with me, thank you and welcome back! If you are new, Welcome to this new group! Below, I've posted my own "This is Me" comment. Please add one for yourself too!
