I am here because I learned the hard way that running a community is not about silly engagement posts and coming up with challenges every week. It is also not about hanging out in other people's communities to connect, or paying for promotion pools to attract people into your world. It is about building a structure that brings people into your world, and makes the members you already have want to stay, post, refer others, and come back. So we focus on Operating our Flywheel. We find the mechanisms that actually work, running them on a consistent weekly rhythm, and reaching new audiences through contribution, not performance. The community becomes the funnel. The system becomes the engine. The Flywheel Operator gets to exhale.
