Anyone have any experience & willing to share how to remove squatters from properties? I have a few leads that are willing to sell cheaply, however there's family members occupying that refuse to leave or give interior access. Are these type of situations even worth the headache?🤔

Question - anyone have any advice on how to legally sale properties to different companies? Example, I mainly use a HM lender to purchase, but they dont allow company to company purchases (if companies are owned by same person). How can I have my rental LLC purchase from my wholesaling LLC & pay the wholesaling company for it's efforts &/or have money upfront to start repairs on the purchased property? Any advice would be greatly appreciated👍🏽
