Hey everyone. We recently had one of our products go viral, and have really started to see the flywheel affect. We have had a bunch of affiliates jump on board to promote our product, and their videos are performing well in ads. As we get good videos pop up, I am creating single video campaigns for them. Heres a snapshot of 30 day performance. Average ROAS is showing as 4, but recently its come down to 2.5 - still good though. These have all been very basic setup - only targeting I set is women over 35. Are any of the ad pros willing to hop on a call with me to go over some best practices to scale these and really push the performance? I want to try things like dayparting, keyword expansion, and maybe more detailed targeting.

Are there any 3rd party tools that have good dashboard reporting for tiktok organic and ads sales? Im looking for something that our whole team can see without having to log into tiktok. For amazon, we are used to having good sales reporting with things like Helium 10, Seller.tools, SellerLegend, etc that pull all organic and ads metrics together. We also use PMA to build our own custom dashboards for Amazon, but I havent been able to find anything similar for Tiktok.

I am working on setting up TTS accounts for all of our brands. We have 8 brands, and so far have successfully created 2 TTS accounts. We are running in to some issues though. Questions: 1. Has anyone had success starting a TTS account using a Puerto Rico LLC? Ours keep getting rejected even though PR is a US territory. 2. How many TTS accounts can be under one persons name? What about using same LLC info? Seems like my business partner has hit limits on both. 3. We have one TTS that has repeatedly failed identity verification even though everything is legit. We sent in videos, ID, etc and they keep rejecting appeals. Does anyone have an escalation path we can use or an account manager that could assist with this? Thanks!

We got this nice violation ticket related to unusual order patterns. We've been doing 20-unit friends and family buys, along with ~25 real order buys on this product. Has anyone tackled this yet?

Anyone have luck syncing Shopify reviews with the Yotpo app? I'm about 6 tickets deep, no luck just yet but think it's close. Would be a viable shortcut to getting massive reviews out the gate
