@Branden Anderson me too. Late night snacks are my nemesis. This Friday we dive into Step 1, the Dad Bod Audit. Here, we'll establish a measurable starting point, so you know exactly where to start first. Then for the next 2 weeks after that, we will go into nutrition I am going to make us all a late night Cheat Sheet, to go along with the Fast Food Cheat Sheet!!
