    Ich. Eine Gruppe für Physiotherapeuten. Und bald eine für Physio Patienten.

Hi there! I'd love to grab the BF offer. Just have a few questions. Is it possible to have a "pay what you want membership" option for my paid group? Like they have at memberful.com Or does this have nothing to do with Skool? I'm a self-confessed tech dino and these things are new to me so please excuse the basic-ness of my questions :) And if anybody could be kind enough to point me in the right direction of how I could set this up if I get Skool, that would be a solid bday gift you're giving to a stranger 😅. Thank you!!!

    You could realize that via a Thrivecart Skool Webhook. Thrivecart can handle pay what you want.

We're thinking of doing a sick Black Friday deal. The craziest Black Friday deal we've ever done. Interested? Give me a sick GIF in the comments below if you want a sick deal.

    Skool works perfect on mobile IMHO. I literally never have to relogin. I wonder why someone would prefer a native app over mobile web app for a Skool. What do you think? Dennis

Hey all. I've started using Skool as a front-end marketing group instead of a back-end product group. Is anyone else doing this? Attached is the model I'm using. The key differences to the model most in here use: - No ads - No direct outreach - No sales tactics - No content treadmill - Focus on audience building (specifically YouTube) - Focus on community - Using Skool as a marketing community, not product community I ran the new model past Sam and he said he liked it! I also asked for permission to post this here and he said yes. I think this new model is a game-changer for getting to $100k/m profit. I know it's quite difficult to get the full picture from the image, so if you need more info then just comment "Loom" and I'll send you a Loom fully explaining the model. Hope it helps.

    @Sid Sahasrabuddhe in german please ;) {Inviter} hat dich eingeladen, der {group name} Gruppe auf Skool beizutreten.Tritt jetzt bei um mitzuarbeiten!

I checked out your Skool 101 video and like the clickable timestamp feature in the description. It's similar to the youtube chapter markers - very efficient. What are the steps for creating that inside my skool classroom? @Sam Ovens @Sid Sahasrabuddhe

    It is pretty easy. In the video description of you module type mm:ss e.g. 10:30 for a timestamp to that point in your video.

How many groups can I create for 99USD per month?

Hey guys, is it planned to release a german translation of skool? Its just a few words. Maybe, we can translate it by our self? Would be really great and helpful for our clients.

    @Sid Sahasrabuddhe Please please please!;)

The possibility to translate the text elements in a Skool to another language would be of high value. Is this something that is on the map? Thanks Dennis

    @Jd Derylo this is not possible at the moment. Skool team is working on another webhook which should enable this.

    @David Jones free one is okay.

Even though most people naturally speak English or at least understand it sufficiently, it would be a sign of inclusion if the few English-language terms (frontend) could be translated into the respective local language - here I'm only talking about what happens in the frontend. In the backend, most users should be able to cope well with English, but if my customers are e.g. German craftsmen, some unfortunately find it overwhelming to be confronted with the English language in the frontend. To avoid having to translate countless languages (in my case, of course, I vote for German), it would be advantageous to let the group owner do the translation himself in the settings. This way, the translation could be adjusted precisely. Additionally, it could be an enormous help to be able to export/import the translations made in the settings themselves - in the form of a language file. This way, the work would not have to be done over and over again and the translations themselves would be a community effort - similar to the contributions in Wikipedia. One could also reward such translation contributions with receiving a gem or similar. The Skool developers would then practically "only" have to implement the translation option for the individual terms and phrases in the settings and, if possible, create the option to export/import the language file. If there was an export/import function for the language file, the selection of categories (user feedback, bug reports, feature requests) could be supplemented by the category "language files" to make the own translation available to the community in a central place.

    This is a big problem for so many of us. Please consider to make translation possible, soon. Would bring you so many customers. Should be a no brainer.

Hi all, I'm investigating Skool as a solution for my business but seems the online Skool101 knowledge base is still very limited. Can anyone inform me if it's possible to host live videos for a course from within the Skool system and then also retain them as part of the course to be viewed later? TIA

    No, live streaming in Skool is not possible. But you can integrate the link (Zoom etc.) in the calendar to make it convenient for your members…

  • 2 likes • Mar 2

    @Tristram Samoa im the last office hours the Skool team mentioned, that they would only consider a live streaming option when they could build something that is better than zoom.

do you plan to let the user choose which language he wants skool ?

    @Dorian Vida exactly. Skool would be super useful for many ideas IF one could translate it. Sadly it‘s not.

    Had the same issue some time ago. Try to log out of your account and log in. This helped me...

Classroom is a lightweight content portal for online courses. Create modules, embed videos, add resources, transcripts, and track student progress. Classroom integrates with your Skool community, so your students will have 1-login, 1-profile, and 1-search — for everything. Totally free. Watch the video below to see how it works. Enjoy!

Hey team! Great to meet all of you. My name is David Sinclair-Black, and I run a Music Marketing Agency here in the UK. I'd love to see an integrated payment system on Skool, through Stripe, for example. Or even a native system would be great.

    Did you know, that you can already use many payment systems via webhook to invite paying members?

For Europe there should be the possibility to insert a cookie banner and a link to a data protection and imprint page to be compliant with our GDPR…otherwise you could easily run into problems when you run a skool…what do you think about that? Dennis

Here's an idea that could be less work for the dev team but still give people what they want (I noticed multiple people asking for Skool in other languages - myself included). What if devs just allowed a lot more of the UI to be editable somewhere in the settings? For example, you could manually change the text to say something else. Change the like button text to say the same thing in a different language , etc.

    Enjoy! And thank you for a great system!

Hey there, Loving skool. Just have a quick question. I'm about to get my course made up and am wondering what the process is in terms of having people buy the course on a landing page then being accepted by the email add in. Basically just asking if there is a landing page feature or do we need to make a seperate website using or something for acquiring customers then this is the final destination? Thank you.

    yes, you need a landing page where you make the sale. Then you can automate the onboarding process via webhook/zapier…

Loving the idea of SKOOL. Do you pay for every classroom? Or can you have multiple classrooms from one subscription?

Hey everyone, is it possible to translate the language to French? Or not just yet? Thank you :)

    Great. I really like the idea of a distraction free "School". At the Moment i established a Facebook Community for my group. I teach a SIMPLIFY System for therapists. Scool is SIMPLIFY at it's best...Can't wait to get approved. Thanks for what you are doing, Sam, it has a big impact on me!

    @Sam Ovens woohoo! Thanks Sam!

Now you can add a shared calendar to your Skool so your members can see what's happening, when, in their local timezone. Members can add events to their personal calendars with a click. If your community does live Q&A calls or live events, this feature is perfect for you! Watch the video to see how it works. Enjoy!

Does Skool have a payment processor? Does it integrate with Samcart and Thrivecart?

    You can auomate that via webhook. See: https://www.skool.com/community/demo-video-thrivecart-webhook-skool-automation?p=435d273c

Will you eventually add video hosting of the courses in the future? That's the one thing holding me back from joining right now. Because I would have to take another step by uploading to Vimeo first and then adding the link here. BTW....I think Skool is genius and I really want to sign up very soon. I love the simplicity of it 😀
