Need your help with something
I have created an AI that helps high ticket businesses to automatically track lead, grading them, measure the lead capacity before the next hire and provide real time data across front and back end team as well as gamifying it for sales reps to increase performance and see exactly who's dropping off and a custom AI that coaching sales rep on every call. The more calls you feed it the more data you have over time across your entire offer/objections/pricing and funnel.. I need your opinion do you think this makes it valuable for your business. It can pretty much do exactly what a $250k/year manager can do. *Not soliciting just curious as I'm starting my marketing campaigns and need some real feedback Any feedback is much appreciated, Im still working on my messaging and offer
KPI Tracking
Hi all! Does anyone have a good template or system to track sales KPIs (and/or marketing KPIs) for a book-a-call funnel? Looking for something that could easily track calls booked, calls shown, qualified calls, close rate, cash collected, etc. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated!

@Carson Weekley I can send you a managers/closers/setters spreadsheet. But I'm also using Sales Dungeon Ai which does this automatically and acts as your high ticket manager/coach if you value time and accurate data. Happy to share everything I have
Price available before sales calls?
Hi Guys, I see Jason is shown his prices when he's sending out the pre-call slide eck, should I do that or not? Are there levels to this before doing something like that, cause I would image you don't want people to know how much your service is before identifying if you can help them?
