@Zach Burger I love the MPC Live 2. But the MPC Live was much better when it comes to portabilitiy. I think I was having my first MPC Live in 2017. But the SD card reader was damaged after a while and I got a replacement (an MPC Live 2) from inmusic. Now I am waiting for the MPC Live 3. The older MPCs I have never used before. But that is interesting what you are describing.
Live group call opportunity
What is the best time for a live group call for all of you? Would love to meet face-to-face and drop a few gems for anyone who is on the Music Production journey 🫶🏼

Some advice for all our members
Hey guys It’s great having you all here and I really appreciate you taking your time to give positive input for everyone and sharing your creative works. What I’m currently hearing across the board with everyone’s music is a lack of texture and movement. This is something that I’ve posted about in tips and tricks and also in the plug-in section. Plug-ins that introduce inconsistencies like RC 20, Tape emulations, movement by output, filtering or anything that gives analog flavours will really help enhance your music from sounding so digital. Digital meaning clean and sterile, perfectly quantised and mostly not human. Our ears from a young age I really attracted to noise and soundscapes. White noise. Pink noise. The ocean. The forest, the rain and nature. So all the analog equipment that we use or that plug-ins emulate us sounds that we are actually attracted to but can’t always explain why. We can find it calming and soothing and it can also add and create excitement. This is of course a note that could help everyone and I would highly encourage trying to infuse these elements into your productions. Please keep sharing and you are all doing some really great work. Music Production and creativity in general is exactly like the gym, the more reps you put in the stronger the muscle grow. One love Spike

True. I also use nature sounds in my music and adding textures. Such a great approach!
