Where to start?
Hi everyone, I have gone through Liam’s beginner guide and decided to niche down to the restaurant industry. Is this a good niche? What niches do you recommend? I’m really overwhelmed and have no idea where to start. Some posts say Make.com is an easier route but I really like n8n. I have no coding experience whatsoever. I’m just learning about RAG. Any resources on this? I worked in content creation for years and are looking for a new boat. Any advice would be helpful.

Restaurants usually don't have that much cashflow and won't pay as much as in other industries. You could still choose this route if you are familiar with the industry and it's pain points. This makes things easier for you and you potentially gain an advantage over competition. Make is indeed more userfriendly, but I like n8n more as well and focus on it. I am also not a coder so I can say it is possible to still learn it in a reasonable time.

I once saved a screenshot form Liams Video. This gives you an idea. Other than that some examples would be: - Real Estate Agents - Fitness coaching - IT support and consulting - Social media management - Energy Sector (Heating Systems, Solar) or ask ChatGPT which niches it recommends based on you past experiences and skill (social media for example since you are familiar with content creation)
FOR HIRE for free
Hi everyone! I’m currently exploring opportunities to work on projects involving Make.com and chatbots. While I don’t have extensive experience with real-life use cases for workflow automations and chatbot development, I’m eager to change that by getting hands-on practice. If you’re looking for workflow automation or a chatbot and your project isn’t time-sensitive, I’d love to help—completely free of charge. This is a learning opportunity for me, and I’ll do my best to deliver value while gaining practical experience. Feel free to reach out if this sounds like something that could benefit you or your project!
App that could kill voice agents?
I was talking with an owner of a mechanic shop who is very busy and spends hours per day making appointments because customers come to him personally. So I suggested that he could use a chatbot and he thought that's a good idea. 2 weeks later I meet him a gain and he tells me about this app called "meiti" he found. It's an app that let's you set up an AI voice agent in only a few minutes, has integrated appointment booking features and also an integrated whatsapp chatbot. Everything that a business owner could need in 1 app, FOR ONLY 50€ per month. This shop owner I talked with is thrilled and will set the app up. Time will show if it is as good as it sounds, but reviews in the app are very positive so far. The app is not well known and has only 26 reviews in the app store. The devs are also based in Munich in Germany and seem to focus on the german market so far.... ...BUT if they decide to expand or if other SAAS companies show up with similar concepts, I suspect that manually created voice agents as we know them now, could become obsolete soon. What do you think?

@Slava Alpha Kurilyak I played around with the app a little bit and it has some prompting for specific tasks built in. You can decide to leave it as is, or tweak it according to your needs. For example you can create one prompt for appointment requests and a different prompt for b2b requests. It also allows some customization regarding the questions it asks the customer. So it has potential depending on the requirements I think. Some smaller businesses like a mechanic workshop will likely be satisfied with this solution, since they don't need a ton of features and customization.
