Got my first solo listing! So my goal is to find a buyer & sell it at asking (or really close to asking) within 60 days or less. My biggest challenge is doing it all by myself instead of being part of a team. But, this is also what I wanted. It's just a little harder than expected at first. My goals for 2025 include getting more listings and closing on at least 5 to 10 homes this year.
