i am giving myself permission to heal my hip, rest and ice it without having to constantly explain why i need this……

I found the hardest thing to do was… nothing. Lay on your bed, flat out and start there, don't move. Start slowly, think only of sky, breathe. Quieting you first,, quiets your mind.
