I have a press pass to Project Voice 2026—want to ask the experts?
I’m headed to Project Voice 2026 (the "Decade of Conversational AI" summit April 27-28, 2026) with a press pass in hand. This means I’ll have the opportunity to interview attendeess and perhaps some Conversational AI pioneers who are literally building the future of how we "talk" to machines. First, a quick reality check on what we’re actually looking at: Most people think "Conversational AI" is just a fancy chatbot. It’s not. Unlike traditional bots that follow a rigid, pre-programmed script (the "press 1 for sales" nightmare), true Conversational AI recognizes intent, interprets context, and actually learns from every interaction. It’s the difference between a robot reading a manual and a human concierge who anticipates your needs. Why this matters for our "AI Advantage": We’re seeing this tech move into every corner of business. Imagine: - Customer Service that actually "remembers" a client’s mood and past issues to solve them in real-time. - Sales Assistants that can handle complex objections by understanding the why behind a question, not just the keywords. - Operational Scaling where the AI manages high-stakes project management while maintaining a "Human-in-the-loop" feel. My Offer to You: Since I’ll be sitting down with these speakers and attendees, I want to take YOUR most meaningful questions to them. If you could grill the people building the next generation of Conversational AI, what would you ask? - Are you worried about the "Uncanny Valley" in high-trust industries like legal/finance? - How do we maintain "Human Authority" when the AI sounds more human than we do? - What’s the biggest hurdle in moving from "scripts" to "learning systems" for small business owners? Drop your questions or your biggest "what if" scenarios below. I’ll be taking the best questions with me straight to the source. I’m happy to share the insights here and in my future podcast episodes.

@Elle Hernandez this is a great question. You'll definately want to create your master prompt to guide whatever platform you're using. I know this isn't exactly what you're leaning toward but it's part of the process. Some of the answer may depend on the type of business you're building.

@Sandra Casciato love this. I'm exploring this idea for clients that are doing business with us at The Concierge Office Suites. Everything I'm studying points us to share our experience and knowledge on public platforms so our ideal clients can find us/our brand. This is uniquely human, an individual vs. "the collective concept" of AI. All this to say we all need to be out here, in public, generating our "library" of content to underscore our body of knowledge and expertise. It's why we updated our Vlogging Studio and relaunched it this year. #cheeringforyou
Standard Operating Procedure Management?
Is anyone using AI to write and manage their Standard Operating Procedures? I thought NotebookLM would be the answer 😭. I couldn't figure out how to manage all the documents in an organized way...manage procedure updates, eliminate old versions, etc. How are you using AI for this? If so are you willing to share your insights/tech stack? I'm looking for easy search content.

I'm thinking I should put all the instructions on my Google Drive, organized in folders. At least the documents would be searchable by "key word." I have a small team of less than 5, so this might work.
One AI secret…
most people still miss: AI gets far more powerful the moment it stops being just an answer machine. Most people use it for output. A caption, a plan, a post, a result. But the deeper value often starts earlier. When AI helps you see what the real question is, what is still unclear, what is noise, what is missing, and what should not be handed over at all. Because if the thinking is blurred, AI can make that look polished very quickly. And that is where so many mistake surface for substance. To me, the real shift is this: AI becomes truly useful when it helps create clarity before it creates output. That changes everything that comes after. What is your opinion?

LOVE this. I was thinking the very same thing as I use the same prompt across multiple platforms and gain different insights from each of the platforms.
Hello from Chattanooga, TN
Professional speaker, podcaster, accomplished business woman, curiously vivacious, passionate about helping professionals with practical business solutions at The Concierge Office Suites. I’m here because while we’re all using AI to automate our digital worlds, I’ve spent 30 years perfecting the physical automation of your business presence. At The Concierge Office Suites, we’re integrating AI-driven support to complement our 'Class A' full-service office space model to ensure your real-world operations move fast and effectively. I'm using AI every chance I can! I have the luxury of using every platform possible in "free" mode. The secret is to build your prompts with your desired outcome in mind and what role you want it to perform. I keep testing prompts across multiple platforms to see how different the answers are for the same prompt. I can't wait to see where we go from here!
Who knew!? ChatGPT fixed my car!!!!
How are you using AI?! No question is off limits, even if your car needs to be fixed! I had an error showing up on my dashboard. I shared the error with Chat GPT. My dear sweet husband followed the directions. My error is gone. My car is fixed!!!!

@AI Advantage Team I was blown away, too. The owner's document had NOTHING on it, but AI provided the fix!

@Greta Svensson it was and anti-theft setting. It told me it required a two second push of the power button. Surprise, it wasn't the electronic ignition. It was the power button on the dang radio!
