Today I went driving for dollars. I drove for about 4 to 5 hours looking for hotel/motels. I ended up coming across 2 houses for sale by owners and 2 boarded u houses and an apartment building where the back end was not being used (hoping for a tired and desperate landlord). I will follow up on the 5 buildings tomorrow and hopefully they all are amazing deals.

Can someone advice me on how to set it up? @Ty Flip Man Would the new buyer pay monthly to the seller who 2ill pay mortgage company? Or will the new buyer start paying the mortgage company?
