This is a great video on the management of STEMI that pregresses to Cardiac Arrest. Lets discuss this further.

To get this all recorded was brilliant, and also a great educational video. The focus here was getting that blocked artery open with the TNKase. It’s so important not to have that tunnel vision that might causee one to focus on the ACLS protocol, that one might forget the initial cause of the cardiac arrest, well at least in my opinion.
