@Lou Wild oh manโ€ฆso many ways..Iโ€™ll forget to eatโ€ฆall of a sudden my stomach will startle hurting and/or a bad headache and Iโ€™ll be like what..oh yeahโ€ฆI forgot to eat todayโ€ฆif by chance Iโ€™m able to focus on something, Iโ€™ll get super, hyper focused for hoursโ€ฆoh (n kinda maybe a lil gross) but Iโ€™ll forget to even shower for a weekโ€ฆand I too do intend to do better and set alarms but forget to..๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™€๏ธ there have been small sports where I got somewhat of a schedule goingโ€ฆbut canโ€™t make it past a few days on a row before momentum is lost.
