Homegenix Home Inspections (Service Website)
Website audited: https://www.homegenixinspections.com/ Category: Local service/home inspection 1) What the site does well ✅ Clear service focus: home inspection services in the Seminole & Greater Tampa Bay area. ✅ Contact info is visible at the top (call/text). ✅ Shows service pricing and detailed service blocks, good for transparency. ✅ Trust badges and certifications visible (Google Guaranteed, InterNACHI). These help build credibility and trust for visitors looking for professional inspections. 2) Primary issues hurting conversions 🔹 A: Hero section lacks a strong hook and clear action. Right now, the main section says the business name and services, but it doesn’t immediately answer: - Who exactly do you serve (e.g., home buyers, sellers, agents) - What the visitor should do next (book, call, schedule) Best practice is one clear sentence that answers: “For homeowners and buyers in [area], we provide reliable inspections. Schedule yours now.” 🔹 B: Weak call-to-action (CTA) visibility. The “Book an Inspection Today” form is further down the page. A stronger, contrasting CTA button above the fold (like “Schedule Now” or “Get Inspection Quote”) makes conversion easier. 🔹 C: Messaging not optimized for search engine clarity. There’s a big title, but it lacks a focused headline structure (H1 with clear service + location). A homepage optimized with service + location keywords can help search presence and clarity. 🔹 D: Navigation doesn’t push action. The menu lists internal pages (Services, FAQ, Contact), but there’s no persistent CTA in the site bar (“Book Now”, “Get Quote”, etc.), which can increase drop-offs. 3) What I would fix first (highest impact) 1) Hero improvement: - Add one clear headline with service + location + benefit (for example: “Certified home inspections in Tampa Bay — fast, thorough, trusted.”) - Include a bold CTA button (“Schedule Inspection”) right in the hero.

This is a solid breakdown. I own a website too and this helped me spot a few things I might be missing. Do you also do audits for other sites? I’d love some feedback on mine.
