Im doing 6 days a week of kickboxing and bjj.I do more gym sessions before bjj class 3 times a week.I use the gym to reduse of getting injured

I never really stop training in the past if I'm on holidays or something. My fitness level is above average. I never really had any bad injuries. I have pretty good confidence in this sport
