This month’s theme: SEASONS Each participating poet will receive 📸 4 images 🖋️ and will write 4 poems — one inspired by each image. This anthology is about transformation. The seasons outside us. The seasons within us. The winters we survived. The springs we almost gave up on. 💰 Entry Fee: $20.00 📅 All poems must be submitted by June 11th https://cash.app/$artofpoetry2026 https://buy.stripe.com/9B6cN41CPfTqeIRawO0Jq0b This series has already become something special. I just paid for this one!
Image Prompt of the Day
Look at this image. Let it sit with you for a second, the quiet, the warmth, the stillness… or maybe something deeper. Now here’s your challenge: Write a poem in exactly 15 words. No more. No less. Don’t overthink it. Just write where this moment takes you… or how it makes you feel. Peace? Loneliness? Freedom? Memory? Whatever it is—capture it in 15 words. Let’s see who can say the most… with the least. Drop your poem below

The tide keeps secrets for me, cradling and carving in the same quiet motion
🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨Final Call 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨
This is the final call for the Anthology book. If you haven't paid the $20.00 entry fee or made arrangements with me I would do it now. After today no more because I will be starting on putting the manuscript together.

Hi everyone! I’m Dena. I’m originally from Southern California, now in Las Vegas. I’ve been writing poetry on and off most of my life. Back in the 90s I was published in a bunch of zines and poetry journals (which was such a fun era for it!) I have three adult kids, and lately I’ve been getting back into writing again as a way to process life and everything in it. I’m drawn to honest, raw poetry, the kind that really makes you FEEL something. Excited to be here and meet you all!
