Hey all, for a matching system I need someone that helps me and my team out. We want people to fill in a form in Tally, Stripe payment, from there create a record in Airtable, send invite for softr database, and from there make sure when someone creates their account, and changes things, it synced with Airtable. From the people in Airtable we need to get matches with AI, with specific rules (like not matching with same people etc) + E-mail marketing. My team already did a lot of work (make.com is set, AI prompts are here, softr is build and all the e-mails are written), but I constantly miss someone that pushes it in a way that I can use it (right now). So I want someone who is very good at working with these systems, and can make sure everything runs ASAP. I feel like I can't communicate in their language, and because of that it takes more time to finalize - but the time is out, we need to finalize it. I’m looking for someone who can help me build a matching/pairing system based on location and interests. Here’s how it should work: - Users will create an account on Circle (ideally through a form so they don’t have to enter their details twice). - They need to be automatically matched in groups of three based on their city and interests. - If there aren’t enough people in a city, the system should trigger an automated flow that notifies them and processes a refund. - We work with different stages (applied, member, former member, etc.), so we need labels integrated into a CRM for proper tracking.
