It’s a necessity. We live in a world that celebrates constant hustle and productivity. It tells us that if we’re not doing more, achieving more, or checking off another box, we’re somehow falling behind. But healing teaches us something different. Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is pause. Take the walk. Read the book. Sit in the sunshine. Spend time with loved ones. Pray. Reflect. Laugh. Breathe. Rest isn’t a sign that you’ve given up. It’s how you gather strength for what’s ahead. 💭 Today’s Check-In: 1. How is your mind, body, and spirit feeling today? 2.
