FInal Presentations - Part 1 - Future Real Estate Professionals
On Tuesday, during the first day of capstone presentations, the students demonstrated their hard work of research, preparations, and execution of a slide presentation and a 2-minute video as were required for their final project. The students presented their business plans to their instructors, Ms. Nicole and Ms. Delmarie. The first presenter was Antonette Alvarez, who presented Alvarez Property Solutions, a proposed real estate service focusing on land research, transfers, and property services in Dangriga Town. The second presenter was Macario Augustine, who presented Unity Realty Group, a luxury real estate business specializing in vacation villas and resort properties in Hopkins Village. The third presenter was Angelie Perez, who presented AP Resort and Realty Group, a luxury and resort real estate agency focusing on high-end properties and commercial properties in Belize. The instructors provided feedback on each presentation, noting strengths and areas for improvement, particularly regarding financial understanding and detailed financial planning. Great job to all!

Final Presentation - Part 2 session was awesome
This was the second night of presentations for the Real Estate Institute of Belize's students, where students presented their real estate business concepts and plans. The presentations included Tamar Jones who presented "Listed with Thamar" focusing on land ownership for independence and generational wealth, Buddy who presented "Phoenix Estate Realty Management and Consulting" targeting Caye Caulker Village island with a focus on wealth creation through real estate, Alfredo May who presented "Visionary Realty Group" with plans to become a buyer's agent and future subdivision developer, and Vanessa Faux who presented "VF Realty" based in Belize City with a focus on listing services and Airbnb development. The students discussed their business concepts, pricing structures, marketing strategies, and operational plans, with particular attention to the growing real estate market in Corozal district. The session included feedback from instructors and discussions about upcoming exam requirements, with students needing to take a multiple-choice exam between 11 AM and 3 PM the following day at Kiki Witz resort and in Ladyville.

Insert +501 before a local Belize phone number
A suggestion: Insert the area code in the listing of your phone numbers everywhere (Contact file, website, posters, flyers, business cards,...) using the format (+501 xxx-xxxx) as this is the format for foreigners and locals to save your contact info when using WhatsApp. Use in all listing of your phone numbers. Do not use the 1 as in (+1 501 xxx-xxxx) as that goes to a US area code for Central Arkansas.
Great experience!
Good day, everyone, Please feel free to share your feedback as I continue improving this space. This project has been a wonderful opportunity for me to step outside of my comfort zone and explore something new. I’m excited to continue working on other spaces as we make further improvements and gain more experience in the field of interior design. Cheers!
Great experience!

Wonderful job!
Setting 3 goals for today
Good morning, BelPro agents! Are we ready??? Write down 3 goals for today (family-centered, business-centered, and self-centered). That last one is just as important as the first two goals because if you are not spiritually, physically, and mentally well then you will not be able to accomplish the other important goals.
