Luke 16:10-12 Reflection: Many business owners are praying for more clients, income, team members, visibility, and opportunities. However, Jesus teaches that how we manage small responsibilities reveals whether we are prepared for greater ones. Faithfulness may look like following up with the leads you already have, serving current clients well, organizing your finances, responding to messages, completing unfinished projects, or honoring commitments. These actions may not feel exciting, but they build the character and systems required for expansion. Sometimes we assume the problem is a lack of opportunity when the real issue is a lack of stewardship. More will not correct disorder. More often magnifies what is already happening. If finances are unmanaged at one level, greater income may create greater confusion. If customer service is weak with ten clients, adding fifty clients may damage the brand. God is not withholding increase to punish us. He may be preparing us to carry it without losing our peace, integrity, or relationships.
