Morning Sunshine 🌞 before your feet even touch the floor today, let this truth settle into your bones: you are enough. Not "enough once you finish the to-do list," not "enough once someone else approves of you" enough right now, exactly as you are, mid-messy-hair and unfinished business. You are safe. Your nervous system doesn't have to brace for impact today; you can breathe out, unclench your jaw, and let your shoulders drop from your ears. And you are loved 🤗 not conditionally, not because of what you produce or how well you perform, but simply because you exist. Carry that with you into whatever this day holds. -The Corporate Alchemist

Gratitude Day 6: Grateful for Today
Joy lives in the moments we choose to notice. Today, gratitude invites us into the present moment. It can be easy to focus on what comes next—the next goal, responsibility, milestone, or thing we hope will change. But life is happening right here, right now, often through the simplest experiences. Today's Affirmation: I am grateful for today. I slow down, stay present, and allow myself to recognize the joy that is already here. - A warm cup of coffee or tea. - Sunlight through the window. - A meaningful conversation. - Your favorite song. - A few quiet breaths. - A walk outside. - A moment when you simply allow yourself to be. Today, instead of waiting for joy to find you, consider how you can intentionally create space for it. Today's Gratitude Prompt: What small moments will you cultivate to bring you joy today? Consider: - What would make today feel a little lighter? - Where can you slow down enough to experience the moment instead of rushing through it? - What simple pleasure can you intentionally give yourself today? - Who or what would you like to appreciate more fully? - What is already present in your life today that deserves your gratitude? Take It Deeper. Choose three small moments of joy you will intentionally cultivate today: 1. A moment for myself: How will I nourish or honor myself today? 2. A moment of connection: How can I share presence, kindness, or appreciation with someone else? 3. A moment of simple joy: What can I do simply because it makes me smile? Yes You Can, Dana ✨🤍🌹🖤✨

I took this morning to be intentionally slow, complete my meditation and enjoy spending longer in bed just enjoying the cosiness as I had been so busy the last two weeks and I planned nothing for today. I had a lovely call with my Daughter and we decided to get out for a walk as it was a lovely day where I could enjoy the Forrest walk and breathe in the air whilst enjoying the time with my girl in nature. The joy has been the beautiful day and I’m home with my music playing and chilling taking it easy for the evening ahead 💜💜 Happy Saturday everyone 💜💜

Gratitude Day 4: What are 2 or more things I love & appreciate about yourself?
Do you find it easier to find appreciation for others than yourself? Today's focus is on the gratitude and love for yourself! 1. What is one quality about yourself that you genuinely love? Think about: your kindness, courage, compassion, curiosity, humor, resilience, creativity, authenticity, or the way you care for others. 2. What is something about the person you are becoming that you love and appreciate? Think about: how you’ve grown, what you’ve learned, the boundaries you’re creating, the ways you’re trusting yourself, or how you’re choosing to show up differently. 3. What is something your body, heart, or spirit allows you to experience that you are grateful for? Think about: your ability to love deeply, feel emotions, create, move, heal, connect, laugh, rest, express yourself, or simply experience life. ✨ Deeper Reflection After identifying your three things, ask yourself: Why am I grateful for these parts of myself? Then complete: Today, I honor myself for __________. I am grateful that I __________. I give myself permission to appreciate who I am, not only who I am becoming. A suggested affirmation: “I am grateful for who I am, who I have been, and who I am becoming. I choose to recognize the beauty, strength, and light within me.” Yes You Can, Dana✨🤍🌹🖤✨

I do love my curiosity about everything and my ability to look at things through a fresh lens; it keeps the cogs turning, questioning my abilities and beliefs. Something I love about the person that I am becoming is that there is no judgment upon her, as things will turn out the way they are supposed to. One thing in my heart, body and soul is that I love the deep connection I have within myself, and I get to love big and trust my instincts. Today, I honour myself for _trusting myself_________. I am grateful that I __am here today________. I give myself permission to appreciate who I am, not only who I am becoming.

@Dana Renee the sky is too close, we have a bigger universe out there. We all sometimes believe that we are incapable of doing things especially when overwhelm creeps in, and I always try and remember to be compassionate to myself and having the opportunity to learn new things is a beautiful gift and learning is exciting and builds new skills. I do love learning. Although, overwhelm when we don’t know or understand something can feel a little heavier at times when their is a steep curve to overcome, and the joy is the accomplishment when you reach the other side 💜💜
Gratitude Day 5: Grateful for Growth
Happy Friday All, Growth isn’t always comfortable—and it doesn’t always look like progress while we’re experiencing it. Sometimes growth looks like moving forward. Other times, it looks like resting, releasing, setting a boundary, changing our mind, or responding differently to something that once triggered us. Today, take a moment to honor who you are becoming. Consider where you were six months or a year ago. What do you understand now that you didn’t understand then? What feels easier? What have you released? Where are you responding with greater awareness, courage, compassion, or self-trust? ✨What are 3 ways you have grown recently?✨ ✨Consider your mindset, relationships, confidence, boundaries, emotional awareness, habits, or how you care for yourself.✨ - What challenge helped you grow—even if you couldn’t see the gift in it at the time? - What did the experience teach you about yourself? - What pattern are you beginning to recognize or respond to differently? - Where are you choosing a new response instead of automatically repeating the old one? - What part of your past self are you grateful for? - What did that version of you survive, learn, protect, or make possible for who you are today? - What evidence do you see that you are becoming the person you want to be? Reflection Place your hand over your heart and acknowledge yourself: “I am grateful for every version of me that brought me here. I honor how far I have come, I trust who I am becoming, and I give myself permission to continue growing at my own pace.” Today’s gratitude: I am grateful for my growth because: Yes You Can, Dana ✨🤍🌹🖤✨

There have been several challenges that have gifted me growth recently. I have had overwhelm with tech for several years and with the help of Chat GPT I managed to build my website, build funnels and make graphics I have found that utislising ai has enabled me to do the things i would not have been able to do on my own and this has brought accomplishment. The experience reminded me that if I take my time I can learn the things I want to and make them happen. The old pattern would have been me saying I am not techy, now I say I am learning to be more techy and that gives less of an overwhelm and more trust within myself. It has also enabled me to ask for more help as there was an old belief that is being eradicated one step at a time. I believe this is helping to make it easier to ask for help as I've always known it cannot be done all by myself, and in the past people would offer help and their actions would not match their words, I have been learning to trust more.
