I’ve received an message from a buyer saying that there print quality was bad is there any advice on what to do in this situation should I refund them or reach out to printshrimp and also looks like a small mark on the print aswell

How long does it usually take for payments from esty I’m talking like £100+ I take it’s different from £ 20-30 ?? Was supposed to come today but Etsy account is clear and haven’t received it in my bank yet ?

Hi just a wee question here I’m getting a sale or lucky 2 a day but I feel like I’m not making any profit because then I’m then getting an order the next day and using the profit to fulfill the order on print ship and then will get the money from Etsy the next day but then yet again repeating it again any advice on this ( if yous understand 😂)

My shop has been open for 5 months and I started doing travel poster and gave up after a week then I needed to make some money so started to do this again ( yes I know this isn’t a get rich quick scheme😂) but I’ve been active for just shy of a month and just had my biggest sale I think this will push me on to improve my store and art work
