I'm Becca and I am truly someone who is obsessed with talking about money at least once a day, but preferably much much more. I have this strongly held belief that the more people talk about money the easier and more self trusting it will become. What do I mean? Well most times people really only have the candid conversations when they are under financial strain. Think like job loss, hours lost, increased living costs, or sometimes death bed. And that is no fun. In fact it perpetuates the idea you don't talk about it until you HAVE to and that is only in the negatives. But ladies and gentlemen, we use money DAILY. So why is it not more common in our conversations? Why wait till the time is bad and you feel FORCED to share? No one really likes that kind of pressure. It feels icky and then the conversation is hard. We elevate our heart rate and stress out. So what if we did it differently. What if we talked about money all the time? Well then it becomes less scary. More people start doing it cause people like to have conversations with people they like so if their friends talk money... BAM.. they too start to talk money. The more we talk about money, the easier it gets. The less scary. And now with the stress of talking out the way... We have room to grow. Grow in our money skills and be more bold knowing we can figure it out and talk and get ideas from others' experiences. We realize we are not alone and there are lots of examples of people getting out of situations that are similar to our current situation. That is powerful! Maybe it can be Thankful Thursday or Thoughtful Thursday for a sec lol I haven't been posting or scrolling much here since we have been totally re-crafting our offer... HOWEVER, I have met some really cool Skoolers both online & offline in the past few months. Hosting Skool IRL (in real life) events has put me in rooms with people that I may have otherwise not crossed paths with. It's been so amazing to meet other Skoolers offline & continuing our friendships online. One of the Skoolers that I met more recently at an IRL event is Jack Shiller. His community is called, Confident Introverts & his story is so unique and powerful. I feel like no matter where you are on your entrepreneurial journey (online OR offline), you kind of always feel that urge & desire to be more confident. He is wise beyond his years & definitely worth a checking out!

Ahh yes my current group member count ends in a culturally significant number. And like the millennial I am, I keep thinking about it. So if you would kindly consider putting me out of misery and see if my group might vibe with you, I would appreciate it. You will also spare my husband from me making weird eyebrow flexs throughout the day. Unmuted Money where we talk about money to take the pressure off and make it less scary. We have GiFs and Quicks which are 1 sentence posts to just get people in the habit without it being a whole ordeal. We have weekly unrecorded lives to talk with others without it being forever held. Also a good chunk of us are neurodivergent (I have ADHD) so the conversations can be really random but still tied to money.
