Sometimes, life gets heavy. Sometimes, our hearts carry things our smiles try to hide. We walk around saying, “I’m fine,” when deep inside, we wish someone would just ask, “Are you really okay?” Let’s talk about it. Sometimes, all someone needs is to hear, “I understand.” Sometimes, all someone needs is to say, “I’m hurting.” Sometimes, all someone needs… is someone willing to listen. So today, I encourage you — open your heart. Speak your truth. Share your story. And listen with kindness when others share theirs.
