HI everyone, Welcome to Skool! This is a very new platform for me (I think it's new in general), so thank you for your patience as I get to know it. I'm taking a poll: what are your goals in your practice in 2023?
My goal is to add mantra and meditation to the end of my day to wind down. I already have a consistent morning practice, but would like to bookend my day with yoga practices.
I have so many mantras I am in love with. Current favorite is: Sri Argala Stotram by Krishna Das. Also Tara's Mantra by Krishna Das and Rakhe rakhanhar, Snatam Kaur. Currently meditate briefly in the morning after kriyas.
