Update
Hello, I'm still waiting for a couple of you to confirm if you are still training online. I've left you all his members for now as I don't want you to be taken off if you do want to use the app, however by the end of the week if you haven't responded to this post to confirm you are still using the app classes and training I will take you off the app. It's not too late to stay involved. Those you have committed and carved out 60 to 90 minutes a week to train have seen massive progress and appreciate the benefits! Without judging, I bet you all spend at least 60 minutes scrolling a week looking at crap on your phone that makes zero positive influence on your life! Next week is the end of the current spring course, I will then do one more and we will be in the Summer! So give a little I'm in! Do yourself a favour look after your body in your brain! You don't know what was around the corner when you might need to be in tiptop condition PLEASE VOTE BELOW- as well as comment - MUCH EASIER FOR ME 🫣👌😘

How's everyone doing ?
Hi everybody! So how's everyone going with Classes?..... Some of you come regulate which is great and other ones are radio silent is this because you're just not commenting or are you not actually completing the classes? Come on now, fess up what's going on?!?!? I've just put two more sessions up when it is a body weight abdominal focus class Another one, a coordination focusing on full body rotations hip extensions and complex core! They're actually really good to bolt onto each other. Or if short of time can be done independently both for 20 minutes long. Please give me an indication below whether you're doing classes or not - it's hard for me to gauge if people aren't commenting. I know Sarah asked for a lymph drainage session which I will put on later on this week. Any other suggestions or request? Let me know. But really, I need to know all these Online Classes is working trying to grow it obviously, and the more people involved the better.

Hi guys 💛 We’re coming to the end of our first course – which means it’s been six weeks already for those who joined right at the start! Just a gentle reminder to please transfer payment for the next course. If you joined a little later, I’ll message you separately so we can align everyone onto the same payment dates and course timeline. Rachel asked a great question earlier about the shorter classes and whether they’re as effective as doing longer sessions. My honest answer is yes – absolutely. Not just because they fit more easily into busy lives (when finding a full hour two or three times a week can feel impossible), but because consistency matters more than duration. Creating a near-daily habit – even five or six shorter sessions a week – has a huge psychological and physical impact. Your brain and body adapt to regular movement. And let’s be honest, being mostly in our 40s and beyond, recovery takes longer. A full-on 60-minute session (especially the way we move!) can sometimes be too much, leaving you sore for days and reluctant to train again. Regular and often – with strength, mobility and cardio included – really is the way forward. If you wake up full of energy and have time to bolt two classes together, go for it! But please don’t feel pressure to do that. You are absolutely benefiting exactly as you are. Finally…Is there anything you’d love included in the next course?Any specific focus areas?Any tracks you want added to the playlist? I want these classes to feel as much about what you want as what you need 💫 You should still have payment details for PayPal or BACs. Any problems, please let me know. Renee him please just give me a little so I can adjust the course. But always feel free to come back🤣🦴💪🏼🎶🧘🤞🏾❤️
