Previously on Sema 1.8 mg I lost 54 pounds when I first started, but haven't lost anything in 6 months I have actually gained 7 pounds. The place I was getting my Sema from suggested I try Tirz starting at 7.5 mg weekly. Where I am from Tirz is quite a bit more expensive. I have received my order of 30 mg Tirz, and 10 ml of Bac Water. I keeping looking at the calculators but I still find it confusing. How much of the Bac Water needs to be added to 30mg? I have also purchased 5mg of Carg., and I have read you should start that at .3 mg. How much Bac Water needs to be added to the 5mg? Can these be taken in the same day or do they need to be spaced out?
