What does it mean when your dreams are hyper realistic and you awake feeling the same emotions you were experiencing in the dream? This occurs frequently.

I’ve found that my dreams were a preview of feelings my future self would have. The experience may not have been exact or similar however the feelings were and so I was more prepared in my subconscious mind and was able to navigate things with more ease and grace, understanding and love for myself. 💜
