I used to think AI coding tools were just fancy autocomplete.
Then I started using Claude Code. What surprised me wasn't that it could write code. It was how much time it saved on the work that usually slows developers down. For example: • Explaining an unfamiliar codebase in minutes. • Finding bugs that would've taken hours to track down. • Refactoring messy code without breaking functionality. • Building integrations and automations much faster. • Writing documentation that people can actually understand. But here's what most people get wrong... AI doesn't replace developers. It replaces repetitive work. The developer who knows how to work with AI becomes significantly more productive than the one who ignores it. That's the real advantage. I've been experimenting with Claude Code to build automations, improve workflows, and speed up development, and every week I discover new ways it can eliminate hours of manual work. If you're a founder, agency owner, or business that's spending too much time on repetitive processes, there's a good chance parts of your workflow can be automated. Curious... What's the biggest bottleneck in your business or development workflow right now? Drop it in the comments. I'll share how I'd approach solving it even if you don't work with me.

Most people think the hard part of Claude Code is writing prompts.
It isn't. The real challenges show up after the first few successful generations: • Claude confidently writes code that looks correct but still needs careful verification. • Small context changes can lead to completely different implementations. • Long sessions gradually lose important project details unless you manage context well. • Speed can tempt you into skipping reviews, testing, and documentation. • AI can generate features faster than you can maintain them if your architecture isn't solid. • Without clear instructions, Claude optimizes for "working" code not necessarily scalable, secure, or production-ready code. Claude Code isn't replacing software engineering. It's exposing who has strong engineering practices and who relies on AI to guess. The developers getting the biggest results aren't the ones asking better prompts. They're the ones building better systems around Claude. What's been the biggest challenge you've faced using Claude Code?
