What do you avoid?
I’ve noticed something about myself lately. There’s always something in my business that I keep quietly avoiding. 🤔 So, I'm curious. How would you complete this sentence for you and your business? “I really need a template for ______ because ______.” (What you avoid + the excuse you use.) I’ll go first in the comments 😅

@Miri Campbell I recently heard that the hardest part of doing anything, is doing it the first time. Maybe a first time means detaching from any outcome, just getting that first time behind you then you’re in replicate and refine mode already. ??

What are you giving time to this week?
⭐ This week, what’s one task that would move your business forward? 😊 I'll go first. I am going to spend time trying to understand Meta ads so I can run some ads to grow this community for us. If I'm honest, Meta ads have always felt difficult to me 😓 There is so much advice out there and it often feels complicated. I have also tended to avoid Facebook, so this is something I have been putting off for ages. 🌈 However, I want to grow this space with the right coaches in it, so this week I’m going to sit down and actually learn how Meta ads work and set up my first one. So tell me, what's one task you are focusing on this week? I'd love to know.

January I built my packages, started my website, laid out my launch marketing, and posts, reels and shorts for the coming year for each phase of my signature package and created a couple free packages. A few completely original tools to offer for free and original tools/resources for each phase of my signature package. This week I have laid out my meeting flow and finalized my governance documents. My to-do list: Load intake forms to website Publish website - host connection issues E-commerce platform research, selection and integration. Calendar for appointments integration to website And after all that is 100% I plan to launch a small group in-person either for free or a nominal fee to create a container that blossoms into a support community. Soft launch the second week of March. I’m making up the rules (to building my business) as I go. I’ve owned several businesses but this one is dear to my heart. Operations, strategy and logistics are where my expertise is so I’m happy to help if anyone needs it. At the same time I welcome feedback and unsolicited advice to grow from.

What are you building?
I’d love to know what you’re currently building in your business. Are you creating a 1:1 offer? A group program? A course? A digital product? Or are you still figuring it out? The reason I’m asking is because I want to make sure the tools and templates I share here match what you’re actively working on. I’ve created packages for 1:1, small groups, large groups, in person and virtual and a couple self-led packages with resources. I look to move into small business support and corporate teams in the future.

@Miri Campbell thank you, I’ve been very blessed through my process. All I can verbalize for the process, right now, is “channeling”. I don’t know how to do that, it just fits as a definition. When I can describe it better, I am looking forward to sharing it with everyone and I mean everyone. The product is great but the emotional feeling while building it was - joy, excitement euphoria…. Everyone should experience that feeling.
