Hope That Outlasts Hardship
Life doesn’t always go the way we expect. There are seasons of pain, loss, and uncertainty that test our strength and shake our faith. But even in the hardest moments, hope remains. Not because everything is easy— but because God is still present. Hope in Him is not fragile or temporary. It doesn’t disappear when life gets heavy. It stands firm, even when everything else feels uncertain. ✨ When you feel weak, He is your strength ✨ When you feel lost, He is your guide ✨ When you feel broken, He is your healer Hardship may come, but it does not have the final word. God’s promises are greater than any struggle you face. Hold on. Keep trusting. Keep believing. Your story isn’t over—hope is still alive. 💬 What gives you hope during difficult times?

Keeping a prayer journal and seeing answered prayers reminds me that He has never left me. A gratitude list helps me focus on all the blessings I still have, even in hard seasons. Reading stories like Job in the Bible gives me hope too, because it reminds me to hold on to God’s truth even when life hurts and nothing makes sense. Worship, prayer, and remembering what He has already brought me through also help keep my faith stronger than my fear.

Abiding in Christ Daily
In the middle of our busy lives, it’s easy to feel disconnected—pulled in different directions, overwhelmed by responsibilities, and distracted by the noise around us. But Jesus gently reminds us of something simple yet powerful: abide in Me. To abide in Christ is not about perfection—it’s about presence. It’s choosing, every single day, to stay connected to Him in both the quiet and chaotic moments. It’s in the small, intentional acts: ✨ A whispered prayer before starting your day ✨ Pausing to read His Word, even for a few minutes ✨ Trusting Him in situations you can’t control ✨ Surrendering your worries and choosing faith over fear When we abide in Him, we are not striving—we are resting. We are rooted in His love, strengthened by His grace, and guided by His truth. And just like a branch connected to the vine, we begin to grow. Our hearts become softer. Our faith becomes deeper. Our lives begin to bear fruit—not because of our own strength, but because of Him. 🌱 Abiding is a daily choice. A quiet commitment to remain, to trust, and to stay close. No matter where you are in your journey today, remember: You don’t have to do life alone. Stay connected. Stay rooted. Stay in Him. 💬 What helps you stay connected to Christ daily?

For me, it’s the daily things..devotion emails, Bible in a Year, this group, prayer, and reading His Word. Staying disciplined in my reading, diet, and exercise helps keep me grounded too. I’ve learned that abiding in Christ is really about consistency, making Him part of my everyday life, not just turning to Him when things get hard.
⚓ Gratitude as a Spiritual Anchor ⚓
When life feels uncertain, gratitude can keep you grounded. It’s easy to focus on what’s missing, what’s delayed, or what didn’t go as planned. But gratitude shifts your perspective—it reminds you of what’s still good, still present, and still working in your favor. 🌿 Gratitude doesn’t ignore reality 🌿 It re-centers your heart in the middle of it 🌿 It helps you see God’s faithfulness, even in small things In difficult moments, gratitude becomes an anchor—steadying your thoughts and calming your spirit. 💬 You may not control everything around you, but you can choose what you focus on. 🙏 Today’s reminder: Pause. Reflect. Give thanks—even for the little things. 👉 What’s one thing you’re grateful for today?

I’m grateful that God found me when I was lost. I’m grateful for sobriety, because without it I couldn’t have the life, peace, and blessings He’s given me today. Everything good in my life started when I finally let Him lead.
✨ Learning From Doubt Without Living in It ✨
Doubt is something we all experience. It shows up in quiet moments… in unanswered prayers… in seasons where nothing seems to make sense. And when it does, it can make you question everything—your direction, your purpose, even your faith. But here’s the truth: 👉 Doubt isn’t the enemy—staying stuck in it is. Doubt can actually teach you something if you let it. 🌿 It can reveal where you need deeper understanding 🌿 It can push you to seek God more intentionally 🌿 It can strengthen your faith when you work through it instead of running from it Even strong believers in the Bible had moments of doubt. But what made the difference was this: They didn’t live there. They questioned, they wrestled, they felt uncertain—but they kept moving forward. They kept trusting, even when they didn’t have all the answers. 💬 So what do you do when doubt shows up? • Acknowledge it—don’t ignore it • Bring it to God honestly • Seek truth, not just feelings • Surround yourself with faith-filled voices • Keep moving forward, even if it’s one small step at a time Remember, faith isn’t about never doubting. It’s about choosing to trust even when doubt is present. You don’t have to have everything figured out to keep going. 🙏 Today’s reminder: You can learn from your doubts… without letting them define you. 👉 Have you ever gone through a season of doubt? What helped you move forward?

Whew, this spoke to me. Doubt is real, but so is God. I’m learning not to sit in it, but let it push me closer to Him.
Living With Resurrection Confidence
What does it really mean to live with resurrection confidence? It means waking up each day knowing that no matter what you’re facing—fear, uncertainty, setbacks—you are not defeated. Because resurrection isn’t just a moment… it’s a mindset. 🌿 It’s choosing hope when things feel heavy 🌿 It’s standing firm when life feels uncertain 🌿 It’s believing that something new can rise from what felt lost You don’t have to have everything figured out. You just have to trust that God is still working, even in the unseen. 💬 Today’s reminder: You are walking in purpose. You are covered in grace. And your story isn’t over. 👉 How are you choosing to walk in confidence today?

@Helen Munger My book is called The Key to Destiny. The Lord gave me this book 6 years ago, but it was only published 2 months ago. At the time, I did not fully understand why He put it on my heart. Now I do. It helped me see my purpose, what He saved me from, and what He saved me for. It helped me understand what destiny looks like. And if He can save a wreck like me, He can save anybody. ❤️

@Helen Munger Thank you so much, That means a lot to me. I shared it because I know what it feels like to feel alone, and if my story can help even one person, then it was worth telling. And thank you for adding my book to your cart, that really blesses me more than you know. 🤍 I pray it speaks to you in some way 🙂
